Senior individual contributor owning enterprise Document Management Systems portfolio: administer OpenText Captiva, Adobe Sign, DocuSign, and Lotus Notes; build API integrations; support integrations with Oracle WebCenter, Documentum, Malbek, Salesforce, and Workday; lead lifecycle management, upgrades, incident resolution, automation (RPA/Power Automate/Python), stakeholder engagement, and modernization efforts across global shared-services.

Lead the Record-to-Report financial accounting team for multiple EMEA entities, ensuring timely US GAAP reporting, SOX compliance, balance sheet analysis, stakeholder collaboration, team development, and continuous improvement to meet productivity targets.
