DESCRIPTION:
We seek a Pricing Coordinator ll to manage and administer pricing for customer contracts worth over $200 million. In this position, you'll handle complex pricing systems and maintain approximately 2,000 customer contracts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all pricing operations. You'll work independently to load and maintain customer pricing, manage supplier rebates, and prepare contract models while serving as a key business partner to our sales team. This role combines analytical problem-solving and customer service, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on our business operations while contributing to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
Must be able to work on-site at our 300 Industry Drive location in Pittsburgh, PA. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided.
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an office setting
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Knowledge of Access and Cognos preferred
• Strong analytical skills for building and maintaining complex pricing agreements
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workload (200+ communications weekly)
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to conduct root cause analysis
• Experience with customer service or account management
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
• Capability to learn and master new software systems
• Proven ability to work independently while maintaining team relationships
• Adaptable approach to meeting customer needs
• Must be able to work in a combined onsite and remote capacity
