Support compliance and administrative activities: maintain compliance statistics and website, conduct regulatory research, file documents (e- and paper), coordinate meetings and minutes, translate documents, assist cross-department communication, and handle ad-hoc assignments.

Design and execute automated system- and solution-level tests (Python) for optical pluggable products, collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile, maintain test scripts in Git, report test execution and defects, and drive continuous QA improvements and compatibility testing with third-party equipment.

Lead verification testing for high-speed coherent and direct-detect photonic components and subsystems. Design test plans/algorithms, execute module performance validation, and collaborate with PIC, ASIC, module, and system teams to ensure quality product releases.

Lead architecture and development of agentic AI solutions for optical networks: design agent orchestration, memory, tool integration, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows; convert processes into autonomous/semi-autonomous automation; document designs and best practices for scalable delivery.
