Lead causal measurement and analytics for media investments: design quasi-experimental and observational approaches, apply interpretable ML and statistics, write reproducible Python/SQL analysis, surface actionable insights for marketing partners, and uphold data ethics and stewardship.

Design, build, and maintain research infrastructure and AI-enabled systems to scale UX research across Windows. Partner with researchers, PMs, designers, and engineers to create tools, data pipelines, and measurement frameworks that make insights findable, composable, and actionable. Drive adoption through training, best practices, and continuous improvement, demonstrating impact on product quality and user outcomes.

Drive technical pre-sales by building demos, PoCs, hackathons and architecture workshops to accelerate adoption of Microsoft cloud database and analytics platforms. Advise customers on secure, scalable designs, resolve technical blockers with engineering, and support migrations from on-prem EDW/Hadoop to Azure services while representing Microsoft in community and customer forums.

Define SoC-level circuit architecture for high-speed IO PHYs, clocking and REFCLK, power delivery, signal and power integrity; partner with package, PCB, memory and system teams to specify memory interfaces and new memory IPs and ensure design quality for AI SoCs.

Lead long-range planning for Microsoft Cloud infrastructure, aligning demand, capacity, component availability, power, and investments. Drive planning transformation with automation, AI-enabled decision support, and scalable platforms. Manage a senior planning team, cross-functional partnerships, scenario planning, and executive-level analysis to inform strategic infrastructure investments.

Lead the Corporate segment's Rhythm of Business: design and run planning cycles, forecasting, performance dashboards, and governance. Prepare executives, partner with Sales/Finance/Strategy, drive stakeholder alignment, change management, enablement, and continuous improvement to optimize segment performance.

Drive revenue and customer satisfaction for Microsoft Advertising by developing strategic relationships with C-level and marketing stakeholders, executing sales plans, managing pipeline, negotiating deals, and driving adoption of MSA performance solutions to meet growth targets.
