Acts as a strategic technical leader and trusted advisor to enterprise customers, driving digital transformation through Microsoft solutions. This role combines deep industry knowledge, business acumen, and technical expertise to shape customer strategy, create opportunities, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead customer technology strategies and long-term digital transformation roadmaps
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Identify, shape, and drive new business opportunities and demand generation
- Align customer business objectives with Microsoft solutions and industry best practices
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (internal, partners, and customer) to deliver solutions
- Lead account planning, stakeholder mapping, and execution of strategic initiatives
- Deliver executive-level presentations, insights, and thought leadership on technology trends
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 6+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience OR equivalent experience.
- Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders in both written and verbal business environments.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 12+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years experience in relevant customer industry.
- 6+ years experience in digital transformation, or using technology to drive customer business outcomes.
