Leads EMEA network capacity and infrastructure sourcing across metro, long-haul, subsea, and colocation deployments. Negotiates commercial and contractual agreements with telecom, fiber, subsea, and colocation providers; develops network expansion and resiliency strategies; evaluates topology, markets, routes, and vendors; manages supplier relationships and complex stakeholder projects; and ensures contracts meet business, legal, security, and service-level requirements.

Partners with AI engineering leaders to improve organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, workforce readiness, and change management. Coaches leaders, advises on organizational design, talent, succession, culture, and high-stakes decisions. Uses HR data, diagnostics, talent processes, and AI insights to develop scalable people solutions, strengthen leadership teams, and support strategy execution.

Investigate and resolve high-risk identity, access, and security incidents involving compromise, lockouts, ownership validation, and access restoration. Troubleshoot complex multi-component systems using logs, traces, telemetry, and diagnostic tools; coordinate with engineering, product, and global support teams; participate in incident response and follow-the-sun coverage; communicate with customers; mentor engineers; and improve documentation, automation, workflows, and operational readiness.

Design, architect, and implement extremely high-scale, low-latency identity and security services. Lead reliability, deployment automation, incident triage, and infrastructure security improvements. Define KPIs and priorities, drive large technical deliverables, and mentor a diverse engineering team while incorporating customer feedback and AI/ML solutions.

Lead and technically drive multiple teams to design, build, and operate large-scale distributed web and cloud services. Influence product vision, adopt AI/ML (including LLMs and agentic frameworks), ensure service health, deliver high-quality results, hire and mentor engineers, and collaborate across product and services groups.

Advise senior leadership on long-term company strategy through quantitative and qualitative analysis. Lead M&A and partnership evaluation, market sizing, competitive analysis, and business model assessment. Build financial models, frame strategic questions, produce executive communications, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to inform multi-billion-dollar decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Develop, deploy, and own production-scale machine learning and generative models (LLMs/SLMs). Perform large-scale data analysis, feature engineering, experiment design, prompt engineering, and optimization. Work with petabyte-scale datasets, write production code, and communicate concise, actionable insights to senior leadership.

Design, architect, and implement key Windows Ads SDK components focused on performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Build CI/CD, test automation, telemetry, and validation. Collaborate across teams on design reviews, data-informed rollouts, integration testing, and production readiness while ensuring security, privacy, accessibility, and compliance.
