Lead architecture and engineering for Azure core platform: define technology requirements, resolve cross-team issues, drive systemic reliability/performance improvements, mentor engineers, support on-call operations, and apply AI/ML to cloud operations.

Lead vision and execution for agentic AI products that reason, plan, and act across apps and the web. Define MVPs from model capabilities, collaborate with research/engineering/design, set up data and evaluation processes, balance infrastructure trade-offs, and drive adoption and continuous improvement for scalable generative AI experiences.

Lead platform-level firmware integration and validation across SoC firmware, GPU, BIOS, BMC, and OS. Drive silicon bring-up, debug hardware/firmware interfaces, define validation strategies, tooling, and test frameworks, and coordinate cross-team integration while mentoring peers.

Provide pre-sales and technical consulting to map customer requirements to Microsoft cloud solutions (M365/Azure/Dynamics), draft proposals/SOWs, manage delivery risks and stakeholders, evangelize IP and readiness, and ensure security/compliance including working with cleared government customers.

Lead SoC and platform firmware validation across pre-/post-silicon and datacenter deployment. Define validation methodology, test plans, frameworks, and debug complex hardware/firmware interface issues. Coordinate integration across SoC firmware, BIOS, BMC and platform teams, improve coverage and efficiency, and mentor engineers while driving large cross-team initiatives toward release readiness.

Lead design and development of a shared, reusable engineering platform and codebase for large-scale retrieval systems. Integrate new retrieval methods, define APIs and evaluation frameworks, improve developer workflows, and drive cross-team adoption and technical quality standards.

Lead development and execution of pre-silicon simulation and post-silicon validation plans for quantum SoC and IP. Own verification environments, testbenches, AMS models, bug-tracking, and verification databases; coordinate vendors and contingent staff. Align verification methodology with cross-functional teams and drive release-quality verification to production.
