Deploy, configure, and provide onsite support for autonomous mobile robotics (AMR) material-handling solutions. Install and tune systems, troubleshoot networking and hardware issues, deliver customer-facing first-line support and training, document site activities, and relay feedback to engineering and operations. Field-based role with significant travel.

Manage sourcing and procurement of indirect goods (raw materials, equipment, tools, parts, supplies). Develop and qualify suppliers, conduct vendor visits, negotiate pricing, and maintain inventory levels to support production schedules. Lead die process and development projects for automotive stamping: ensure on-time delivery and quality, run formability and spring-back analyses, perform FEA correlation, conduct tooling and soft-tool reviews, support try-outs (T1/FPG), coordinate vendors/customers, train teams, audit KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and root-cause actions.

Lead hardware development for ADAS products: capture schematics, oversee PCB layout and routing, run SPICE/MathCAD/ANSYS simulations, author specs and test reports, perform PoD/DFMEA verification, resolve design issues, support ISO26262 FUSA, and assist industrialization, manufacturing and quality teams.

Design, develop and maintain automotive middleware (DDS, SOME/IP, CAN/LIN) and cross-platform drivers for Linux/QNX/VxWorks; optimize system architecture, HAL/OSAL, networking and performance; implement protocol stacks, interface with NPU/GPU, and deliver safety, OTA/FOTA and real‑time reliability for production ADAS/cockpit controllers.

Lead purchasing activities for exterior automotive components, managing direct and indirect procurement, negotiating with strategic suppliers, overseeing contracts and a purchasing team. Requires minimum five years leadership in purchasing, advanced English, and a relevant bachelor's degree; automotive experience is preferred.

Lead product development for automotive body and chassis components using PLM, GD&T, VA/VE and FMEA. Apply sheet-metal expertise (steel/aluminum), perform laboratory mechanical testing (tensile, hardness, metallurgy), and ensure automotive quality compliance (PPAP, PFMEA, control plans, SPC). Provide process and manufacturing knowledge across forming, assembly, joining, and quality assurance.

Lead and support regional compliance activities for Latin America: analyze compliance data, advise management, coordinate cross-functional remediation, communicate risks, and maintain accurate documentation. Use Microsoft Office and Excel; Power BI is a plus.
