POSITION RESPONSIBILITY:
SoC中间件模块开发:负责车载中间件(如DDS、SOME/IP、CAN/LIN通信模块)的设计、开发与维护,支持自动驾驶系统集成。开发或适配Linux/Qnx/Vxworks平台中间件,实现跨平台兼容性(如图像,音频、蓝牙、Wi-Fi等)
系统架构优化:优化POSIX标准实现,设计硬件抽象层(HAL)和操作系统抽象层(OSAL),提升软件可移植性。解决多传感器融合、实时性保障及系统级问题(如内存管理、进程间通信)。
协议与驱动开发:开发车载通信协议栈(如CAN FD、Ethernet TSN),适配高速接口(PCIe、MIPI)及专用硬件模块(NPU、GPU)。移植和优化Linux驱动(字符设备、网络设备),调试外设接口(SPI、I2C、UART)。
性能与安全:优化系统启动速度、功耗管理及安全机制(如功能安全FuSa、EMC/EMI设计)。实现OTA/FOTA升级功能,保障系统稳定性和数据安全。
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
学历与专业:统招本科及以上学历,计算机科学、电子工程、通信工程及相关专业背景
经验要求:拥有5年以上基于Linux/Qnx/Vxworks操作系统的中间件模块/Hypervisor架构设计及开发经验;智驾或者座舱域控制器量产开发工作经验。
技能要求:
精通C/C++,熟悉C++14/C++17标准,有良好的编程习惯;
熟悉DDS/SOMEIP/CyberRT等常用通信中间件以及相应算法设计工作;
熟悉宏内核/微内核操作系统开发工具及调试工具,熟练运用stress-ng、fio、iperf3等测试工具完成相关测试;
熟悉TCP、UDP、ICMP等核心网络协议通信协议;
了解Autosar软件架构体系,熟悉ASPICE和ISO26262规范;
较强的沟通能力和解决问题的能力;
了解端侧AI推理优化(如TensorFlow Lite、ONNX Runtime等);
语言能力:英文听说读写流利。

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering or related field
- 5+ years experience developing middleware or hypervisor architecture on Linux, QNX or VxWorks
- Experience with production development for ADAS or cockpit domain controllers
- Proficient in C/C++ with experience in C++14/C++17 and strong programming practices
- Hands-on experience with middleware: DDS, SOME/IP, CyberRT or similar
- Experience developing or porting OS/kernel components, drivers and using kernel debug tools (character/network devices)
- Familiarity with TCP/UDP/ICMP networking and protocol stack development
- Experience with communication protocols and buses: CAN/LIN, CAN FD, Ethernet TSN
- Experience with high‑speed interfaces and peripherals: PCIe, MIPI, SPI, I2C, UART
- Experience optimizing for AI inference on edge (TensorFlow Lite, ONNX Runtime) and integrating NPU/GPU
- Familiarity with POSIX, HAL, OSAL design and multi-sensor/real-time system issues (memory, IPC)
- Use of system test/stress tools such as stress-ng, fio, iperf3 for validation and performance testing
- Knowledge of functional safety and automotive processes: ISO26262, ASPICE; understanding of FuSa, EMC/EMI considerations
- Experience implementing OTA/FOTA update mechanisms and security/data protection measures
- Fluent English (read, write, speak)
