Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing manufacturing engineering support to resolve production and process-related issues.
- Lead process design initiatives to optimize product flow, material movement, and cell efficiency using continuous improvement methodologies.
- Support new product and process launches, including equipment selection, design, installation, and modification.
- Analyze product structures and manufacturing processes to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce costs.
- Conduct and support root cause analysis to address manufacturing concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain clear, accurate work instructions and technical documentation.
- Monitor and control project scope, objectives, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
- Follow JIT RASIC structure, ensuring accountability for delivery, execution, task completion, and consultation as required.
- Maintain accurate records and backup documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Respond professionally to employee concerns, suggestions, and operational feedback.
- Comply with all company health, safety, and workplace policies and procedures.
- Use, enforce, and ensure compliance with required PPE standards.
- Follow all emergency procedures and actively participate in company safety programs.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and proactively address hazards or non-compliance issues.

- Adept with problem-solving methodologies.
- Computer literate with strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work any shift schedule according to business needs.
- Ability to work overtime and travel with little notice.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external functional areas.
- Thorough knowledge of materials, machine dynamics, and related engineering principles.
