Process vendor invoices and payments in SAP S/4HANA, reconcile vendor accounts, support month/quarter/year-end closing, ensure tax compliance and internal controls, collaborate with Procurement/Controlling/HR/IT, document and standardize AP procedures, respond to inquiries, mentor junior colleagues, and coordinate team task distribution in a Shared Service Center.

Manage and maintain site IT infrastructure and enterprise business systems for an automotive manufacturing plant. Develop and prototype radar signal-processing algorithms (FMCW, Doppler, FFT, CFAR) in MATLAB; apply AoA/MIMO and micro-Doppler methods; use ML for radar data; perform sensor fusion, translate research into production code, optimize performance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while aligning to automotive safety standards.

Supervise logistics activities: coordinate raw material sourcing to meet production schedules and manage finished-goods warehouse to ensure inventory availability and product condition for customer requirements.

Support IT finance and controlling activities including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, project accounting, and CAPEX tracking. Provide analysis, management reporting, business cases, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls while partnering with IT operational teams.

Manage daily inventory movements, maintain inventory accuracy using QAD ERP, lead materials planning and logistics, drive continuous improvement in MPL processes, mentor team members, collaborate cross-functionally, monitor KPIs, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and leverage MES and digital integration for operational excellence.

Design, develop, and maintain global and local SAP applications and integrations using ABAP, S/4HANA, Fiori/UI5, workflows, OData and RF screens. Provide AMS support, define technical specifications, document solutions, collaborate with functional teams, and contribute to projects while ensuring global support and change request control.

Manage plant inventory (FG, WIP, RM), support and improve material handling systems, oversee equipment maintenance and AMR mission execution, coordinate with Purchasing/Manufacturing/Engineering/Quality, monitor KPIs, and supervise Area Leaders to meet customer and division goals.

Manage material handling to ensure raw material and empty equipment availability for production, facilitate transfer of finished goods to warehouse, and coordinate storage and inventory control to ensure product condition before shipment.
