Supervise and coordinate all customs and international trade activities to minimize risk and cost. Advise and train staff, negotiate with customs brokers, manage shipments (including weekend/extraordinary shipments), support origin certification, customs valuation, Anexo 24 reconciliations, inventory and annual reports, and maintain trade compliance updates and certifications.

Lead global program management for mechatronics, mirrors and lighting programs. Ensure on-time, on-budget launches, manage budgets, risks, metrics, change processes, readiness reviews, and stakeholder communications across regions.

Create and maintain production master schedules using ERP to meet shipping dates, monitor production status, prioritize operations, prepare production reports, communicate bottlenecks, support continuous improvement, and ensure safety, environmental, and company policy compliance.

Lead and develop the accounting department, manage month-end and year-end close, approve journal entries and accruals, prepare forecasts and budgets, ensure GAAP and SOX compliance, manage payroll and financial reporting, liaise with external auditors, drive process improvements and departmental metrics, and support managers on cost structure and performance.

Support and maintain corporate HR systems (Senior HCM), handle system integrations (APIs, web services, middleware), perform SQL database queries, manage incidents and changes (ITIL), and liaise with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Perform internal transports, stock and barcode-based inventory management, load/unload trucks, pick/pack and repackage parts, maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and participate in inventory counts.
