Leads cybersecurity monitoring, compliance, risk assessment, audit remediation, and corrective actions across Magna Powertrain’s IT, OT, and product security domains. The role maintains risk registers, coordinates OT security and continuity planning, improves the ISMS, standardizes security processes, conducts AI risk assessments, and delivers cybersecurity awareness training. It provides expert guidance to business units and partners with corporate security, IT, and other stakeholders.

Maintains Baan databases, master files, label databases, prices, costs, part numbers, bills of materials, routings, and related manufacturing data. Audits database accuracy, documents changes, supports engineering changes and label updates, assists with quality procedures, and trains functional teams on Baan and associated databases. The role requires strong attention to detail, independent prioritization, database knowledge, and familiarity with manufacturing processes and ISO/IATF systems.

Serves as a North America robotics technical expert, developing, standardizing, programming, integrating, commissioning, and troubleshooting industrial and collaborative robotic systems across manufacturing facilities. Leads robotics concepts, simulations, proof-of-concept projects, safety compliance, continuous improvement, and integration with PLCs, vision systems, and production equipment. Provides technical guidance, training, and shopfloor support while evaluating emerging robotics technologies and deploying scalable solutions across multiple plants. Travel of up to 30% is required.

Manages general ledger activities, journal entries, account and sub-ledger reconciliations, financial statements, reporting, and month-end and year-end close processes. Ensures compliance with GAAP, internal controls, government reporting requirements, and tax filings. Collaborates with auditors, banks, and external agencies; analyzes discrepancies; supports process improvements and system upgrades; and provides financial analysis and guidance to accounting team members.

Ensures ISO 26262 functional safety compliance across automotive eDrive and powertrain system development. Defines safety concepts, requirements, and specifications; conducts HARA, FMEA, FTA, DFA, and FMEDA analyses; supports safety planning, safety cases, validation, audits, and assessments. Collaborates with customers, project safety managers, and cross-functional engineering teams to achieve safety goals. The role requires extensive automotive functional safety experience, knowledge of eDrive architectures, ASIL techniques, E-GAS monitoring, ASPICE, and relevant lifecycle management tools.

Manage workforce planning requests and recruitment requisitions across Europe. Create job postings, source and screen candidates, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, prepare offers, and maintain recruitment documentation. Support talent acquisition reporting, analytics, employer branding, and recruitment marketing campaigns. Build relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Performs technical competitive intelligence and benchmarking of eDrive and hybrid transmission systems. Analyzes motors, inverters, gearboxes, cooling systems, electrical architectures, patents, publications, and technical data. Supports physical teardowns, documents findings in benchmarking databases, and produces reports and recommendations for global advanced engineering teams. The role identifies emerging technologies, competitive threats, opportunities, and cost drivers while supporting strategic business decisions.

Prepares financial plans, reports, statistical statements, and ad hoc financial analyses. Participates in financial closing activities and performs controls and documentation related to SOX audits. The role requires an economics-related education, conversational English, advanced Excel skills, double-entry accounting knowledge, and analytical thinking. SAP and US GAAP knowledge are advantageous.

Develop and support real-time embedded software for automotive electronic systems within Magna Electronics. The role requires collaborating effectively with global teams, applying software engineering expertise, and contributing to safe, innovative mobility technologies. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or higher in electronic engineering, computer science, or a related engineering field, eight or more years of embedded software experience, and fluency in Chinese and English. Functional safety and ISO 26262 experience are preferred.

Lead alignment of group and divisional IT controls with enterprise standards. Define and translate control requirements, advise on risk-based priorities, support architecture reviews, produce guidance/templates, drive consistent governance adoption, and measure control effectiveness across divisions.
