Execute 3D and 2D CAD tasks using UG NX/CATIA to design automotive parts, follow Magna processes and quality checks, meet daily delivery targets, and collaborate with lead engineers.

Support purchasing operations through supplier risk management, data maintenance, analytics, and reporting. Coordinate with commodity, plant, IT, finance and global teams to improve data consistency, automate reporting (Power BI), conduct market research, and assist trade compliance and project work. Perform ad hoc analyses and learn purchasing systems and best practices.

Support material expediting and perform data analysis to ensure timely supply of components for powertrain manufacturing. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, track material status, analyze supply metrics, and support continuous improvement in supply chain processes. Work on-site at the Wuhu factory in an indoor office environment.

Lead end-to-end seat structure product development including design, validation, and delivery. Translate customer requirements into compliant designs, apply DFx and analysis tools, manage deliverables, support testing/failure analysis, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet PDP timelines and regulatory requirements.

Validate and verify ADAS components and systems via manual and automated vehicle and bench testing. Develop and execute test cases, operate HIL/SIL and vehicle setups, collect and analyze data, generate reports, coordinate with software/hardware teams and suppliers, and maintain test vehicles and equipment.

Lead end-to-end seat structure product development (design, build, validation), translate customer requirements, apply engineering tools (FMEA, DOE, DFM/DFA), manage deliverables, budgets, cross-functional teams, testing, and mentor design engineers to ensure program milestones and regulatory compliance.
