- Managing workforce planning requests and recruitment requisitions
- Creating and publishing job advertisements through ATS, job boards, and the Magna Career Site
- Proactively sourcing candidates using databases, LinkedIn, and recruitment campaigns
- Screening applications and conducting phone interviews
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Preparing employment offers and recruitment documentation
- Supporting Talent Acquisition reporting and recruitment analytics
- Coordinating employer branding activities and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across Europe
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- Thorough understanding of hiring and staffing practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills in English and German; knowledge of Spanish is a distinct advantage
