Supervise the timely installation of KLA semiconductor equipment at customer sites by scheduling resources, managing Product Install Engineers, controlling costs, and overseeing installation documentation and cycle-time objectives. Manage escalations, coordinate action plans across functional groups, communicate status to customers and leadership, present business updates, and represent Customer Operations on product life-cycle teams.

Performs hands-on testing, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, validation, and reliability testing for semiconductor inspection and metrology equipment. Diagnoses optical, mechanical, vibration, motion-control, and electronic issues; analyzes field and lab data; develops corrective actions; and supports sustaining engineering, product qualification, and design changes. Collaborates with design, manufacturing, service, quality, and suppliers while documenting technical findings. The role also serves as a technical lead and may evolve into people management.

Manage technical supplier relationships for complex semiconductor equipment and subsystems. Lead supplier selection, technical sourcing, supplier development, technology partnerships, and new product introduction. Coordinate globally distributed cross-functional teams, manage technology roadmaps, negotiate agreements, and support intellectual property, joint development, and technology licensing programs.

Installs, qualifies, calibrates, and verifies complex semiconductor capital equipment at customer sites worldwide. Diagnoses and resolves technical issues, performs alignment and setup, coordinates with engineering and customer teams, communicates installation status, completes documentation, and secures warranty sign-off. The role requires independent work, strong troubleshooting skills, cross-functional collaboration, and extensive domestic and international travel, with a schedule of six days per week and ten hours per day.

Install, configure, upgrade, and support KLA enterprise software at customer sites. Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, manage beta evaluations and product adoption projects, document solutions, train users, and collaborate with headquarters engineering, product teams, business units, and R&D on technical resolutions and product improvements. The role requires customer-facing project management and up to 30% international travel.
