The role documents issues, gathers diagnostic information, engages customers and field teams, and develops expertise in E-Beam subsystems, high-vacuum systems, hardware/software integration, testing, and troubleshooting.

Supports SWIFT wafer inspection products at customer semiconductor fabrication facilities. Coordinates application projects, provides technical implementation support, analyzes complex problems, collaborates with software and systems engineering teams to resolve issues, improves products, and assists sales with customer requirements and product specifications. Requires strong technical, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with 70% travel.

Leads new and sustaining product service engineering across the product lifecycle. Improves serviceability, reliability, diagnostics, tooling, documentation, training, spare-parts strategy, preventive maintenance, and service costs. Collaborates with design, manufacturing, quality, marketing, technical support, and field teams; performs 8D problem solving, supports alpha and beta system integration, develops training, manages customer issues, and prepares products for obsolescence or service ownership transfer. Requires up to 30% domestic and international travel, primarily supporting China and Japan.
