Support U.S. federal and state tax compliance, tax accounting and income tax provisions, tax research, and tax planning initiatives. Lead product delivery for TCA and best-execution/surveillance platform: gather and refine requirements from compliance users and stakeholders, translate regulatory needs into specifications, prioritise initiatives, collaborate with development and data teams on models, participate in UAT and releases, document methodologies, support model calibration and optimisation, and deliver training and product documentation to maximise user adoption.

Perform day-to-day data operations: create matching priorities, review platform files, build and maintain QA checks, run SQL/Excel analyses, support client data processing, manage projects in JIRA, and support sales reporting while developing domain expertise in retirement/investment data.
