ISS-Corporate (ICS) is seeking an experienced AI Initiatives Product Manager to define and execute our AI-driven product strategy across executive compensation, governance, sustainability, and cyber risk solutions. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and scaling AI-native and AI-enabled SaaS capabilities that enhance decision-making for corporate leaders, including Boards, Compensation Committees, General Counsels, Sustainability leaders, heads of HR / Total Rewards, and Finance and Risk professionals.
The AI Initiatives Product Manager will work horizontally across the product portfolio, partnering with product managers and functional leads to prioritize and deliver high-impact AI capabilities. This individual will play a central role in shaping next-generation platform features, embedding AI into workflows, and driving initiatives from concept through commercialization.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the AI product vision and roadmap across ISS-Corporate solutions.
- Partner with product leaders to identify and prioritize AI-driven features and use cases.
- Lead the lifecycle of AI-native and AI-enabled products from ideation through launch.
- Translate AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, machine learning, NLP) into scalable SaaS applications.
- Assess market trends and client needs to drive differentiated AI capabilities.
- Develop product requirements, business cases, and functional specifications.
- Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Data Science, Research, and Go-To-Market teams.
- Lead client validation efforts through pilots, beta programs, and user feedback.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Background Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years in product management experience, with recent experience (1-2 years) working on AI/ML or generative AI-driven products
- Progressive experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including generative AI and LLMs.
- Experience working with data science and engineering teams on AI-driven products.
- Required bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in agile/scrum environments managing cross-functional initiatives.

Base salary: The Rockville, Maryland expected base pay range is $130,000 - $150,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and level of education. This role is bonus eligible.
