Lead and manage R&D liquid technology improvement and cost-out projects: plan schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stage-gates; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders; track costs and changes; ensure regulatory and quality compliance; communicate with customers and factory to deliver project milestones.

Design and develop mechanical systems for oil-type distribution transformers. Prepare customer documents, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and winding/active part designs per factory limits and IEEE/IS/IEC standards. Coordinate with global factories, participate in design reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with international technical teams. Use 3D CAD (Creo) for modeling.

Responsible for resolving user issues, supporting implementation requests, configuring SAP MM, executing project activities, and reporting project status.

Prepare competitive, compliant bids by reviewing tender documents, building pricing and cost analyses, coordinating cross-functional inputs, managing timelines, assessing risks, and engaging customers to support successful proposal submissions.
