Manage lifecycle, requirements, configuration, and roadmap for Control Engineering solutions. Facilitates training needs analysis, coaching, leadership development, and change adoption while collaborating with technical experts, senior leaders, and stakeholders. Evaluates development effectiveness using feedback, metrics, and capability assessments.

Supports power transformer engineering and manufacturing by creating BOMs and material records in SAP S/4HANA, maintaining technical documentation and databases, preparing CAD drawings, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring engineering KPIs, and supporting continuous improvement and accurate project delivery.

Drive technical sales of protection and control products for medium- and high-voltage power grids across Australia and APAC. Identify business opportunities, present and demonstrate solutions, assess customer requirements, support bids and risk reviews, and provide technical leadership during negotiations. Collaborate with engineering, product, factory, and support teams while maintaining customer relationships, delivering training, monitoring industry trends, and providing product feedback.

Drives complex, service-led IT sales involving managed services, AI, and professional services. Develops account plans, sales campaign roadmaps, proposals, and solution strategies; identifies customer needs and capability gaps; engages partners and internal resources; manages executive relationships; negotiates commercial terms; owns forecasting and pipeline communication; and leads opportunities from discovery through closure and value delivery.

Partners with sales teams, executives, solutioning teams, and clients to develop account plans, sales campaigns, proposals, and solution roadmaps. Lead mechanical product design and development from concept through production. Create 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings; perform stress, vibration, thermal, and performance analyses; and manage prototyping, verification, validation, and testing. Collaborate with electrical, software, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to deliver manufacturable, cost-effective products. Maintain technical documentation and drive continuous improvement in product quality and development processes.
