The opportunity

Join our Engineering team and play a key role in supporting the design and manufacturing of power transformers. As an Engineering Assistant, you will work closely with engineering, procurement, planning, and production teams to ensure accurate material data, technical documentation, and project information are available throughout the manufacturing process. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical and administrative engineering skills while gaining exposure to engineering systems, CAD tools, ERP platforms, and cross-functional project execution. You will contribute directly to quality, efficiency, and on-time project delivery while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.
 

How you'll make an impact
  • Create and release Bills of Materials (BOMs) and material master data in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Maintain and update engineering project information and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between Engineering, Procurement, Planning, and Production teams.
  • Compile instruction manuals, quality certifications, technical protocols, and project documentation.
  • Manage and update technical databases and supplier catalogs.
  • Create new material records and support engineering data management activities.
  • Prepare technical drawings and planimetry for the procurement of metal-mechanical components.
  • Monitor engineering KPIs and support performance reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
     
Your background
  • Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience using CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems.
  • Experience managing technical databases and engineering documentation.
  • Intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
