Build cloud services, ingestion pipelines, and event-driven systems using Java or Kotlin and Spring. Manage testing, CI/CD, cloud deployments, root cause analysis, and defect prevention. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams on fleet-management solutions, influence architecture and technical strategy, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers.

Develop virtual validation methods and simulation environments for automotive chassis systems. Lead failure mode analysis and DFMEA for 12V/48V vehicle power supply architectures. Develop boundary and P-diagrams, collaborate with component and system engineers, apply ISO 26262 functional safety, and use AI tools to automate and optimize FMA processes to improve robustness and integration across vehicle platforms.

Leads manufacturing engineers through planning and execution of new vehicle programs. Oversees body facility, tooling, quality systems, safety, ergonomics, throughput, cycle-time validation, supplier coordination, launch timing, cost management, labor planning, and issue resolution. Ensures tooling and processes meet program, quality, budget, safety, and production objectives while coordinating plant, engineering, purchasing, suppliers, and launch teams.

Leads manufacturing engineering teams through planning, implementation, and launch of vehicle body construction programs. Oversees sheetmetal and exterior ornamentation feasibility, tooling, dimensional control, quality systems, supplier gages, BOM validation, plant readiness, inspection capabilities, and pre-launch control plans. Drives design compatibility, welding and fit-and-finish requirements, issue resolution, training, and launch execution across Ford plants and suppliers, with international travel as assigned.

Supports and improves manufacturing processes and products through engineering analysis, lean initiatives, audits, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, ergonomic evaluations, and variability reduction. The role supports Trim and Chassis Assembly, addresses quality and throughput constraints, develops process documentation, ensures environmental and governmental compliance, and supports ISO 14001 auditing.

Coordinates automotive product launches, product transfers, and product line decommissioning. Manages schedules, milestones, costs, manufacturing and packaging strategies, supplier coordination, equipment validation and disposition, PPAP tracking, risk mitigation, compliance, and meeting follow-up. The role supports Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, assigns work to unionized hourly employees, and promotes safety, quality, accountability, and effective team communication.
