The Inside Sales Manager oversees nuclear safety quotation requests, manages the Nuclear Contracts team, and develops internal systems. Responsibilities include customer relationship building, KPI monitoring, and monthly reporting.

Lead the Analytical Instruments Inside Sales team to drive sales growth and customer support. Manage global customer care activities, coordinate with product management and NA Sales/Marketing, analyze KPIs with the Mexicali factory, optimize processes for order/quotation response, coach staff, and support demand planning and sales enablement to meet business objectives.

As a Business Analyst, you will gather business requirements, create specifications, manage product backlogs, and provide user support for CPQ applications.

Execute global balance sheet close processes, prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and disclosures, support audits, ensure U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance, assist with ERP/system implementations and process automation, and partner with global finance stakeholders.

Lead a global corporate accounting team managing the worldwide balance sheet, month-end close, reconciliations, financial disclosures, SOX compliance, audits, ERP implementations, process automation, and team development to ensure accurate U.S. GAAP financial reporting.
