Job Summary:

This position is opened by the Flow Controls Business Unit which is part of the Final Control Group. The invoice administrator is based in Chennai, India and caters to all customers in the MEA Region.
Job Responsibilities:
Invoice Management:
Assume responsibility for MEA Region invoice generation and submission for all of Flow Controls key customers.
Review contracts & orders received from LBP/Sales and ensure the invoices are aligned.
Load & manage invoices into customer financial sites.
Co-ordinate with the Logistics and Warehouse team to ensure the shipment has been delivered as per the INCO- terms.
Review documentation provided by Shipping Team and submit to customer if required, along with the invoice.
Any other duties as deemed appropriate by the Line Manager.
Documentation:
Ensure that necessary docs of invoice and supporting documents are submitted to customer.
Ensure necessary records are kept of the invoice submission.
Dispute Resolution:
Resolve issue with payment collection discrepancy and work
collaboratively with Finance, Sales and Local Business Partner/Customer.
Quality:
Make recommendations to eliminate non-value-added activities
