Architects and develops secure, scalable full-stack applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Angular. Leads microservices and RESTful API development, database integration, application security remediation, CI/CD automation, testing practices, debugging, production support, and root-cause analysis. Collaborates across engineering, security, and business teams in Agile environments while mentoring developers and applying advanced design, multithreading, and performance optimization techniques.

Owns Microsoft 365 architecture, modernization strategy, governance, and technology standards. Leads identity, messaging, collaboration, endpoint management, security, compliance, and information protection solutions across Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, and Purview. Directs large-scale migrations and transformations, provides senior-level architectural escalation support, automates integrations with Microsoft Graph and PowerShell, and collaborates with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, security, and service management stakeholders.

Leads network engineering activities involving voice, wireless, routing and switching, firewalls, load balancers, storage area networks, monitoring, and network infrastructure implementation across Avaya, Cisco, Juniper, Meraki, Brocade, and related platforms.

Provide Level 1 technical support to enterprise end users through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. Resolve incidents and service requests involving Windows, Microsoft 365, accounts, VPN, devices, printers, and remote connectivity. Escalate complex issues, maintain documentation, follow ITIL processes, support security and privacy compliance, and improve support processes through automation. The role includes rotational shifts, weekend or holiday coverage, and on-call availability.
