Lead and evolve lightweight, scalable operational frameworks for Webex Client Engineering. Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, provide executive enablement, implement governance and progress tracking, and develop tools and insights to improve engineering productivity and decision-making.

Lead compliance activities for Cisco video products: perform safety, EMC and radio testing on prototypes, manage global certifications pre- and post-launch, and support cross-functional teams during design and productization.
