Your Impact

Key Responsibilities- Operational Architecture: Design and refine lightweight, scalable frameworks that support both small, autonomous squads and large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strategic Execution: Lead high-visibility, cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders.
- Clarity & Governance: Simplify complex challenges by implementing structures that provide transparency, accountability, and clear progress tracking.
- Executive Enablement: Serve as a key partner to leadership by preparing business reviews, roadmap strategy, and quality assessments that drive executive-level decision-making.
- Organizational Growth: Develop tools and insights that accelerate decision-making processes and enhance overall engineering effectiveness.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analysis, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Background: 8+ years of experience working within software development environments.
- Communication: 2+ years of experience in executive-level reporting and stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale programs within organizations of 100+ engineers.
- Demonstrated ability to drive complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives across diverse teams.
- Deep expertise in optimising engineering operations, improving developer productivity, and scaling organizational processes.
