Operate and evolve a hardware lab supporting ASIC/SoC silicon bring-up, EVB development, validation, and system debug. Build, deploy, and operate Cisco private cloud infrastructure (OpenStack/Bare Metal) with automation, IaC and CI/CD. Develop Python/Ansible tooling, manage KVM/RHEL virtualization, storage (Ceph), SDN (OVS/OVN), set SLOs, implement monitoring/logging, and contribute OpenStack patches.

Enable GSIs and MSPs across APAC to position, design, and deliver scalable solutions. Deliver technical enablement, run workshops and architecture sessions, support partner solution development, drive partner-led opportunities with sales, and provide pre-sales architectural guidance to accelerate deals and regional partner success.

Design and implement scalable, highly available control plane components for AI workloads using Go and Python. Build Kubernetes operators/CRDs, GRPC/REST APIs, telemetry (eBPF), CI/CD, and live-upgrade mechanisms. Ensure operational simplicity, SLA/SLO monitoring, stateful application reliability, and GPU/CUDA compatibility across regions.

Drive transactional sales within Cisco's SMB segment by qualifying and managing partner- and marketing-generated opportunities, achieving quota, maintaining pipeline hygiene, collaborating with partners and internal sellers, and promoting Cisco SMB and security solutions to close deals.

Serve as Ciscos domain authority on memory/storage components: advise on selection, validation, and qualification; analyze vendor roadmaps; lead failure analysis and corrective actions; collaborate with design, supply chain, and vendors; perform root-cause analysis on high-speed interfaces (PCIe, DDR4/5, LPDDRx, NVMe/SATA); apply semiconductor fabrication, packaging, and reliability test expertise (HTOL, ELFR, ESD).

Design and implement MBIST, BIST, scan/TAM infrastructures and test plans for complex ASIC/FPGA designs. Generate patterns, run fault coverage analysis, debug DFT/MBIST failures, automate flows with scripting and EDA tools, and collaborate across design, verification, ATE, and physical teams.
