Role Overview

We are seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to support and grow strategic relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Managed Services Providers (MSPs) across the Asia-Pacific region.

This role is critical in enabling partners to successfully position, architect, and deliver solutions that drive customer outcomes and accelerate partner-led revenue.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience working with GSIs and/or MSPs in a technical, partner-facing role and understands partner business models, services-led motions, and go-to-market strategies. While familiarity with Splunk is advantageous, deep experience with partner ecosystems and technical enablement is more important.

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Enablement
  • Enable GSIs and MSPs to position and deliver scalable solutions aligned with customer needs
  • Develop and execute technical enablement plans for strategic partners
  • Conduct workshops, technical briefings, and architecture sessions with partner teams
  • Support partner solution development and service offerings
Partner Solution Development
  • Collaborate with partners to design repeatable solution architectures
  • Help partners build managed services and packaged offerings
  • Support integration strategies across partner ecosystems
  • Provide technical guidance on solution positioning and differentiation
Go-To-Market Support
  • Work closely with partner account managers and sales teams to drive joint opportunities
  • Support partner-led and partner-influenced opportunities
  • Contribute to joint value propositions and solution messaging
  • Align partner offerings with regional market needs
Pre-Sales & Technical Strategy
  • Support partners in technical discovery and solution design
  • Provide architectural guidance across complex enterprise environments
  • Participate in strategic customer engagements alongside partners
  • Accelerate deal cycles through technical validation and alignment
Internal Collaboration
  • Partner with sales, alliances, product, and services teams to support partner success
  • Share partner insights with internal stakeholders to improve strategy and execution
  • Contribute to regional partner strategy and execution planning
Required Qualifications
  • Experience working with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and/or Managed Services Providers (MSPs)
  • Strong understanding of partner-led sales motions and services business models
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale solution architectures
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across partner and internal teams
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience supporting technical enablement programs for partners
  • Ability to operate effectively across multiple countries and cultures in ASEAN and India
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a Partner Solutions Engineer, Partner Architect, or similar role
  • Experience working with security, observability, or data platforms
  • Familiarity with Splunk or similar platforms
  • Experience building or supporting managed service offerings
