Lead complex Cisco enterprise networking consulting engagements from discovery through design, implementation, migration, validation, handover, and support. Provide hands-on expertise in enterprise wireless, SDA, SD-WAN, ISE, WLC, firewalls, and related data center technologies. Advise senior customer stakeholders, shape service solutions and proposals, manage delivery risks, and drive adoption. Develop reusable technical assets, apply automation and AI-enabled methods, mentor consulting engineers, and lead cross-functional teams through complex network transformations.

The role bridges engineering design and high-volume manufacturing, develops Python and SQL data pipelines, optimizes testing, resolves production issues, and coordinates corrective actions with manufacturing partners and hardware, ASIC, and firmware teams.

Manage complex hardware product development and sustaining programs from planning through delivery. Leads global end-to-end supply planning for memory commodities, including inventory optimization, shortage mitigation, excess and obsolescence management, supplier strategy, and new product introduction transitions. Partners with suppliers, finance, engineering, business units, and operations teams to align supply plans, manage technology lifecycles, mitigate risks, and support revenue targets.

Designs, configures, and optimizes Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions across inventory, order management, manufacturing, planning, procurement, and costing. Translates business requirements into functional designs, supports end-to-end supply chain processes, leads testing and deployments, manages Oracle Cloud updates, resolves production issues, and coordinates integrations, reporting, data migration, documentation, governance, and audit compliance. Partners with global supply chain, manufacturing, finance, logistics, procurement, architecture, development, and business teams.

Qualify and develop interconnect and connector components with suppliers, drive defect reduction and process improvements, support NPI and product transfers, provide technical supply-chain support, and enable supplier capability and quality for manufacturing.

Drives revenue growth by selling Splunk enterprise software to large enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include developing pipeline strategies, achieving license, support, and services revenue targets, expanding customer relationships, managing complex deals, leveraging channel partners, coordinating internal resources, and communicating progress and business insights. The role requires fluent English and French, strong enterprise sales experience, business planning, executive influence, and a track record of new business development and quota achievement.

Serves as a customer-facing technical sales professional for enterprise networking solutions. Partners with account managers to plan sales strategies, consult with customers, design solutions, create bills of materials and proposals, deliver presentations and demonstrations, and conduct proof-of-concept activities. Builds preference for Cisco Routing and Switching, Data Center, Security, Automation, Cloud, Collaboration, and IoT offerings while supporting revenue generation and training colleagues.
