Provides technical consulting and lifecycle services for Cisco networking customers. Responsibilities include Day-2 support, routing and switching troubleshooting, SDA/ACI architecture and optimization, customer workshops, technical documentation, solution adoption, and proactive problem resolution. The role also develops automation and AI-enabled delivery assets, mentors engineers, coordinates cross-functional teams, and advises customers and executives on network strategy, resilience, and security.

Build and operate a full-stack CI/CD and release automation platform using Java, Spring Boot, and React, Angular, or Vue.js. Design scalable services, APIs, relational data models, pipeline workflows, audit logging, and deployment visibility. Develop AI-native capabilities, write unit and end-to-end tests, and deploy production services through GitOps, Kubernetes, cloud, and VM-based environments. Own features from conception through release while collaborating across product, backend, DevOps, and QA teams.

Write and execute wireless feature test plans and cases, develop Python automation, analyze test results, reproduce customer issues, and maintain networking testbeds. Collaborate with development and platform teams to debug problems and improve product quality. The role also involves working with routers, switches, access points, wireless technologies, and AI-assisted engineering tools.

Provide electrical product engineering from NPI through EOL, focusing on DFM, BOM management, cost avoidance, yield improvement, board bring-up, diagnostics, design/manufacturing FMEA, and cross-functional collaboration with design, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure product quality and manufacturability.

Install, configure, maintain, and support EDA tools and license servers for hardware design teams. Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 troubleshooting, automate workflows with scripting, optimize tools on Linux-based compute clusters, manage storage requirements, coordinate vendor support cases, and document engineering procedures and best practices.

Lead design-for-manufacturability and new-product-introduction for electrical products: collaborate with hardware, test, quality, and supply chain; drive DFM/DFR/DQ, BOM management, FMEA, lab debug/DOE, component qualification, board bring-up, and cost/value engineering to deliver production-ready, high-quality products.

Build and operate secure microservices and Linux components for Cisco’s hybrid, on-premises edge platform and Kubernetes foundation. Develop Go and Python services, automate installation and upgrades with Ansible, and improve secure cloud connectivity and data transfer. Collaborate with design and product teams, document technical solutions, troubleshoot production issues, mentor peers, influence architecture, and drive innovation across secure, scalable, highly available systems.

Serves as a technical sales consultant and orchestrates technical activities across assigned accounts and opportunities. Designs and validates complex Cisco solutions, provides architectural guidance, manages evaluation milestones, positions solutions competitively, and educates customers on Cisco differentiation. Collaborates with account managers, engineering, architecture teams, business units, partners, and customers to deliver multi-domain networking, cloud, collaboration, and security solutions.

Own technical customer and partner relationships by translating business needs into Cisco solutions. Lead technical sales engagements, solution design, demonstrations, strategic planning, competitive positioning, demand generation, and deal execution. Develop multi-year architectures, guide virtual sales teams, shape executive technical strategies, and expand Cisco adoption through cross-selling, up-selling, and competitive displacement.

Manage major public-sector accounts and lead complex enterprise sales cycles from opportunity identification through close. Build executive relationships, develop account strategies, coordinate Cisco specialists and solution engineers, and align networking and security solutions with customer goals. Maintain forecasts, pipeline records, and CRM data while improving sales processes. Use industry knowledge and competitive analysis to drive consultative upsell and cross-sell growth.
