Manage materials sourcing, pricing, and supplier/customer interfaces for assigned accounts. Drive sourcing strategies, cost and pricing initiatives, supply assurance, vendor managed inventory, and EDI penetration. Monitor supplier performance, mitigate shortages/excess, manage PPV and financial performance, and support commodity teams to improve gross material margin.

Plan, schedule, and release production orders based on material and capacity availability. Monitor and replan production, maintain MPS/forecasts, BOM/CFT accuracy, stock levels and KPIs. Coordinate with purchasing, master scheduler, order management and cross-functional teams to meet committed ship dates and support new product or customer startups.

Analyze and improve logistics processes across production, distribution, and inventory. Track shipments, prepare cost analyses and performance reports, maintain logistics databases and freight rate models, coordinate carriers and service providers, revise SOPs, and support sourcing and transportation decisions to optimize cost, service levels, and environmental impact.

Create and maintain production plans and schedules based on material and capacity availability. Monitor execution, replan for deviations, manage MPS/forecasting, BOM/CFT accuracy, inventory levels, and KPIs. Coordinate with purchasing, master scheduler, order management, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and support customer program launches and process improvements.
