Support the Program Manager by generating reports and analyses, monitoring project actions, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, managing shipment and supply-chain problems, preparing customer presentations and reviews, and ensuring targets for quality, materials, testing, and on-time delivery are met.

Support trade compliance and import/export operations: develop policy framework, deliver training, audit transactions, manage integrations, partner with internal/external stakeholders, track corrective actions, and support regional/global trade cost-savings initiatives.

Manage staffing and inventory, supervise assembly and quality checkpoints, coordinate across departments and sites, ensure ISO and safety compliance, coach operations staff, support supply chain efforts (shortage, E&O, demand analysis), manage NPI/product transfers and engineering changes, update production plans and capacity projections, and present reports to customers and senior management.

Design and develop electrical power distribution systems including single-line, schematic, and wiring diagrams; perform load calculations; create drawings and BOMs; coordinate with vendors, mechanical engineering, production, and customers; provide manufacturing support and continuous improvement suggestions.

Design, implement, and optimize manufacturable processes to improve cost, quality, and delivery. Troubleshoot root causes, specify and commission capital equipment, establish process controls and documentation, support production transfers, train staff, apply statistical process methods, and lead continuous improvement in a high-volume regulated manufacturing environment.

Prepare and maintain accounting records, review P&L and balance sheet reconciliations, analyze variances versus forecasts, support month-end close and reporting, assist budget/forecasting, and collaborate with operations to improve metrics and mitigate accounting risks.

Lead site finance and accounting functions for a manufacturing segment preparing for a spin-off. Oversee financial reporting, forecasts, audits, SOX controls, cost and inventory accounting, budgeting, cashflow and profitability improvements. Build business cases, manage ERP-driven processes, ensure US GAAP and tax compliance, and develop finance talent to drive site performance.

Lead cross-functional teams to plan and deliver customer-focused products and services. Manage program schedules, budgets, staffing, P&L, customer communications, NPI activities, quality and delivery metrics, and corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction and program success.
