Job SummaryFlex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. What a typical day looks like:
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
- Provide specialized technical support to manufacturing and cross-functional teams, ensuring timely resolution of process-related issues.
- Lead and manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are achieved.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in mechanical and/or electronic assembly processes.
- Technical knowledge of:
- Smart Torque Systems
- PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
- Liquid Cooling Systems
- Pneumatics
- Poka-Yoke Systems
- Industrial Maintenance
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Scrap reduction.
