Lead design and build of the U.S. state and local tax (SALT) function. Oversee income/franchise, sales and use, property, excise, licenses, and unclaimed property compliance; manage audits and controversies; select and manage advisors and tax technology; implement controls, processes, and staffing for a scalable SALT operating model.

Lead and deliver training programs: design curriculum, develop materials and evaluations, supervise trainers, perform needs analyses, coach employees, report progress, and revise training to improve effectiveness and ensure alignment with organizational requirements.

Build and operate the US tax reporting and federal income tax compliance function. Hands-on ownership of ASC 740 provision, federal consolidated return oversight, tax controls, SOX execution, audit and controversy support, advisor management, data and process improvements, and designing a scalable operating model and future team structure.

Design and develop firmware for PSU/BBU/ESS projects focusing on BMS and SMPS control algorithms, requirements, test plans, debugging, and cross-functional verification. Troubleshoot on benches, ATE, and field systems; support builds including overseas travel and after-hours work.

Support hardware development lifecycle for automotive actuator systems: define requirements, perform schematic/PCB reviews, select components, integrate hardware/software, prototype and debug electronics, execute verification/validation, and support production.

Administer and maintain system, mechanical, hardware, and software requirements for precision automotive actuators. Manage requirement-management tools and databases, link customer and stakeholder requirements to product/component specifications, support Product/Electronic/Software Engineers and Validation Engineers, and ensure processes are followed to support Sales, Quality, and Operations.

Manage customer accounts and coordinate program activities across teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Review program proposals, assign resources, prepare reports and executive presentations, track metrics, follow up on shipments, drive continuous improvement, and occasionally travel to customer sites.

Lead electronic test and debug activities: design and run tests, analyze test data, perform root-cause and failure analysis, configure and evaluate digital circuits (FPGA/BGA), coordinate corrective actions, prepare technical reports, and support floor test technicians to resolve yield and product issues.
