The Mechanical Design Staff Engineer will design integrated power products, solve technical issues, and support production, utilizing CAD for documentation and communication with clients.

The Sr. Mechanical Engineer will design and develop integrated products, resolve technical issues, support production, and create technical documentation for power products.

Manage AI/automation projects from planning through deployment: lead cross-functional teams, apply AI algorithms (classification, detection, time-series, anomaly detection, reinforcement learning, clustering, recommendation), oversee system integration and ML production deployments, handle risk/resource planning, maintain technical documentation, and use Agile processes and tools (Jira/Confluence).

The Mechanical Design Staff Engineer will design, test, and support the development of integrated power products, collaborating with engineers and customers and addressing technical issues throughout the product lifecycle.

The Supplier Quality Technician will support external suppliers, assist in validation processes, use measurement instruments, and validate materials.

Design, build, and automate ETL/data pipelines to support AI/ML workflows; integrate backend systems and APIs; ensure data governance, security, and compliance; deploy ML models to production; use SQL, Python, Spark, Hadoop, Kafka and cloud data services.

Develop and deliver diagnostic training materials for the Diagnostics and Failure Analysis area. Train and certify technicians, track and audit training effectiveness, create reports/metrics, and maintain training records.

Manage supplier sourcing and supplier management processes to optimize purchasing costs, consolidate components, support alternate sourcing, and monitor commodity market risks. Create reports, document procedures, coach junior staff, resolve supplier issues, and drive supplier development to ensure continuity of supply and quality improvements.

Support NPI/APA/PCR projects by defining mechanical production processes, performing DFA/DFC/DFM analyses, leading cross-functional teams from design to scale, resolving process and quality issues, and supporting mass production and customer development.

Lead industrial engineering initiatives to improve factory productivity, capacity planning, labor standards, and automation. Drive lean and continuous improvement programs, support NPI and high-volume production, perform data-driven analyses and simulations, and mentor teams while developing ROI-backed automation and Smart Factory solutions.
