Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using .NET MVC and SQL Server. Implement responsive front-ends with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, integrate RESTful APIs, write and tune T-SQL/stored procedures, and follow version control and Agile practices to troubleshoot and improve application performance.

Lead electrical engineering design activities across product prototyping, bring-up, testing, documentation, and release to manufacturing. Work cross-functionally to define system and subsystem approaches, manage design tradeoffs, develop best practices, and extend Flexknowledge base while monitoring engineering KPIs and improving processes.

Support mechanical, electrical, and test aspects of product design for a growing division. Build prototypes, create assembly/test fixtures, drive robust solutions with cross-functional teams, manage design tradeoffs, document builds, enable release to manufacturing, identify equipment/material needs, monitor engineering KPIs, and develop best practices and supplier relationships.

Plan, schedule, and release production orders based on material and capacity availability. Monitor execution, inventory, and system data (BOM, routing). Prepare MPS/forecasts, clean-to-build reports, and KPI/management reports. Coordinate with purchasing, master scheduler, order desk, and cross-functional teams to resolve material, capacity, and schedule issues and drive process improvements.

Lead global operations engineering across multiple sites to standardize engineering strategy, deploy automation and digital manufacturing, optimize manufacturing and industrial engineering, accelerate NPI and product transfers, manage budgets and capital, and develop engineering talent to improve productivity, capacity, and customer performance.

Lead and manage firmware development for BMS and DCDC systems: design and implement real-time embedded C/assembly code, develop bootloader, create architecture/component documents, perform unit testing and debugging, and oversee a small team.
