Supports global supply chain planning and APS solutions as a subject matter expert. The role designs, implements, tests, deploys, and improves planning solutions; supports customer onboarding and business requirements; trains sites; facilitates process improvements; and collaborates with IT, business stakeholders, regional operations, and external partners. Oversees forecasting, capacity planning, production scheduling, procurement, order processing, continuous improvement, and program KPIs while reducing costs and controlling inventory and obsolescence.

Processes purchase orders, coordinates vendor confirmations and material deliveries, manages supplier data, monitors shortages and overdue orders, and supports timely payments. The role selects suppliers according to purchasing strategies, resolves receiving and service issues, prepares procurement reports, performs root-cause analysis, and drives process improvements. Strong communication, analytical, ERP, Microsoft Office, and supply chain skills are required, along with flexibility to work shifts.

Coordinates manufacturing programs and cross-functional projects, including schedules, budgets, staffing, reporting, customer communication, shipments, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. Supports program planning, develops executive presentations and metrics, facilitates collaboration across departments, and ensures customer and site commitments are met. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and seven years in manufacturing or a related industry.

Leads industrial engineering teams and technicians in work measurement, labor standards, facility layout, process optimization, production planning, cost reduction, throughput improvement, and operational control systems. Partners on manufacturable product design, improves constrained processes, optimizes workforce and equipment utilization, and supports workforce recruitment and retention strategies.

Develops, optimizes, and sustains high-volume manufacturing processes to improve quality, cost, productivity, safety, and delivery. Responsibilities include troubleshooting production issues, conducting root cause analysis, leading continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives, supporting new product introduction and process transfers, implementing equipment, maintaining process documentation, and collaborating with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.

Prepares and maintains accounting records, reviews profit and loss accounts, reconciles balance sheet accounts, researches forecast variances, supports period-end close and reporting, and contributes to budgeting and operational metric improvements. The role also ensures compliance with accounting policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controller procedures.

Develop and maintain quality standards, inspection and testing methods, sampling procedures, corrective actions, audits, and quality data reporting for manufacturing processes. Support new product introductions through qualification and approval to mass production, train personnel on quality activities, investigate discrepancies and returned products, and liaise with customers and regulatory bodies. The role requires manufacturing quality experience, knowledge of SMT, PTH, PFMEA, and Control Plans, plus Excel or Power BI analysis skills.
