The “Process Engineer” will be based in Flex GDL South, reporting to Process engineer lead
Responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes to improve quality, cost, productivity, safety, and delivery.
What a typical day looks like:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and process parameters.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Lead continuous improvement, cycle time, productivity, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Support NPI, process transfers, ECOs, and equipment implementation.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, controls, and work instructions.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
- Support training and implementation of new processes and technologies.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team;
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related Engineering.
- 5+ years of Process/Manufacturing Engineering experience.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Knowledge of Minitab.
- Experience with manufacturing equipment and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing.
