Processes customer purchase orders in Infor ERP, manages fulfillment through ticketing systems, and resolves customer inquiries by phone and email. Verifies pricing, coordinates with sales teams and third-party warehouses, tracks shipments, handles back orders and change requests, and prioritizes orders when inventory is limited.
