Responsible for managing long-term client relationships with existing clients including the sale of solutions and services. The Client Alignment Representative works with clients in government-funded organizations to ensure that Netsmart's unique solutions address their specific needs and priorities, ultimately making a significant impact on the communities they serve.

Responsible for providing operational database services, troubleshooting and resolving database infrastructure problems, tuning and optimizing T-SQL code, managing backups and recovery models, configuring High Availability and Disaster Recovery options, and coordinating with multiple engineering teams.

Bachelor's degree required with 4 years of testing and development experience, 2 years of Agile development experience, and 1 year of software development and HCIT consulting experience.

Responsible for defining and documenting vision, functional requirements, and design using solution management tools and processes. Collaborates with solution strategists and clients to analyze and communicate solution requirements. Delivers status reports, conducts product demonstrations, and provides education to stakeholders. Ensures solutions meet functional requirements and approves them for release.

Setup and configure complex network environments, maintain network performance, assist in network design, evaluate network security, collaborate with network architects, and optimize network infrastructure. Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred certifications in network technologies and equipment.

Responsible for managing and resolving outstanding account balances, researching claim statuses, addressing denied claims, and filing appeals when necessary. Plays a crucial role in ensuring timely payment and reducing aged receivables by handling claim denials and discrepancies.
