Senior AI Engineer responsible for architecting, developing, deploying, monitoring, and optimizing scalable web-based applications and distributed systems. Coordinates multiple Scrum teams, prioritizes workstreams, reviews technical solutions, and engages customers through discovery and user groups while partnering globally with engineering.

Leads multiple distributed engineering teams developing enterprise-scale Buildium software and AI-enabled capabilities. Owns delivery outcomes, strategic roadmaps, technical oversight, quality, operational excellence, vendor collaboration, and release readiness. Partners with Product, UX, QA, Architecture, and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable SaaS platforms. Builds and develops engineering leaders, manages organizational capacity, drives process improvements, and ensures predictable delivery across global teams.

Designs and scales internal AI solutions that improve software engineering productivity. Builds agentic workflows, RAG applications, developer tools, reusable SDKs, reference implementations, and AI enablement assets. Partners with engineering teams to productionize AI use cases, establish evaluation and responsible-use practices, and optimize reliability, performance, and cost. Provides technical guidance, documentation, workshops, and adoption support across the organization.

Responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, managing sales funnels, and achieving revenue quotas within an assigned territory. Conducts prospecting, consultative selling, executive presentations, web-based demonstrations, and client relationship management. Partners with Sales Engineers, follows up on implementations, attends industry events, and develops opportunities through calls, email, and social selling. Requires field activity and travel of up to 40%, including occasional overnight and weekend travel.

Designs scalable, secure, and resilient cross-product architectures spanning microservices, APIs, event integrations, NoSQL databases, and messaging systems. Leads technical discovery, translates business requirements into architecture and implementation roadmaps, guides engineering teams, evaluates technologies, communicates tradeoffs, mentors engineers, and supports architectural governance. Requires strong TypeScript, Node.js, React, CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud architecture expertise.

Manages customer relationships and advises multifamily clients on AI revenue management configuration, platform adoption, performance optimization, and portfolio yield improvement. Analyzes financial, leasing, behavioral, and market data; presents recommendations to stakeholders and executives; coordinates implementations; tracks projects in Salesforce; identifies expansion opportunities; and provides product feedback. Requires collaboration with Customer Success Managers, executive relationship management, professional presentations, and up to 20% travel.

Resolves complex Tier 3 SaaS product escalations through root cause analysis using SQL, REST API diagnostics, log analysis, and product investigation. Documents defects, manages Salesforce cases, identifies recurring issues, maintains technical knowledge resources, mentors junior analysts, and collaborates with Support, Product Management, and Engineering. The role requires clear technical communication, escalation ownership, customer-ready solutions, and expertise in RealPage’s Unified Platform.
