Staff Engineer responsible for building and deploying ML models for financial document classification and data extraction, maintaining configurable ETL and orchestration platforms, processing complex Excel and semi-structured data, and improving data quality and reliability. The role includes database and API architecture, production model serving, technical decision-making, mentoring one direct report, and integration with RealPage’s Data Management Gateway.

Provides escalation support, application assessments, documentation, incident resolution, and project delivery while partnering with infrastructure, cloud, security, engineering, operations, customers, and vendors.

Defines enterprise, platform, and solution architecture strategies across multiple teams and business domains. Leads architecture reviews, governance, modernization, cloud adoption, scalability, security, and technical debt reduction. Designs complex end-to-end software solutions and establishes standards for reliability, performance, observability, and automation. Partners with engineering, product, security, infrastructure, and operations leaders while influencing technical direction without direct authority. Mentors senior engineers, technical leads, and architects.

Resolves complex Tier 3 escalations for SaaS products through root cause analysis using SQL, APIs, logs, and product data. Documents defects, manages Salesforce cases, identifies recurring issues, creates troubleshooting and knowledge-base content, mentors junior analysts, and collaborates with Support, Product Management, and Engineering. Maintains case volume, service-level adherence, documentation quality, and clear customer communications.

Manages assigned client accounts by building relationships, driving adoption, retention, revenue growth, and resolving escalations. Analyzes usage metrics, conducts account reviews, identifies expansion opportunities, coordinates with internal teams, supports billing goals, reports account status, and mentors junior Account Managers.

Leads technical data and analytics implementations for clients using Lumina Connect and RealPage data products. Owns project plans, requirements, integrations, connectors, data validation, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, training, and client handoff. Advises customers on connecting data to warehouses, BI tools, and analytics platforms while coordinating with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Account Management. Improves implementation processes, reusable documentation, automation, and delivery quality.

Develop product positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, prospect-facing campaigns, and go-to-market strategies. Partner with Sales, Growth, Product, and Marketing to translate product capabilities into compelling buyer value, create sales and marketing content, analyze market and competitive insights, support launches, train internal teams, and improve messaging based on performance feedback.
