Build and lead Omnicell’s SRE practice from the ground up while remaining highly hands-on. Define SLOs, error budgets, incident command, observability standards, on-call processes, and reliability KPIs. Instrument services, manage Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code, lead major incidents, conduct chaos exercises, and develop runbooks. Own the introduction of AIOps in a regulated healthcare environment, coach an SRE engineer, hire future team members, and partner with engineering, security, compliance, product, support, and managed service providers.

Manage manufacturing tooling readiness and lifecycle, including procurement, inspection, inventory, documentation, staging, repairs, and replacement. Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, vendors, and engineering teams to troubleshoot tooling issues, support new product introduction, equipment qualification, preventive maintenance, Lean improvement, and data-driven process optimization. The role is fully onsite in a production and lab environment with minimal travel.
