The role is based in New York City with at least three office days per week.

Leads revenue growth across FDB and Vela through business development, strategic partnerships, channel programs, and field execution. Owns partnership- and channel-sourced revenue, manages and coaches sales talent, develops go-to-market strategies, structures healthcare technology partnerships, and builds scalable referral and co-sell motions. Collaborates with Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and executive leaders on commercial strategy, pipeline, forecasting, positioning, and partner performance.

Own YouTube programming and audience growth strategy for the Lucky Dog channel. Analyze viewership, engagement, revenue, and experimentation results to guide content, packaging, scheduling, metadata, and library optimization. Build automated dashboards and executive reporting, support sponsorship monetization, promote best practices across production and creative teams, and coordinate publishing, rights management, captioning, and platform policy compliance across YouTube and other social platforms.

Lead creation and rollout of on-air Vizrt news templates and 2D/3D show packaging for the station group; organize and catalog branded assets, find patterns for standardized templates, and mentor designers to integrate assets across 35 TV and 2 radio stations.
