Manage administration of global sales quotas and sales compensation systems (Xactly/Incent). Focus areas include data quality, governance, context-ready data, large-scale data management, and measuring business outcomes from analytics and ML.

Manage engagement and value delivery for Forrester's largest clients. Develop and execute client engagement and onboarding plans, monitor account health, align with client executives, coordinate delivery with internal teams, drive renewals and enrichment, navigate stakeholder complexity, and promote AI tool adoption to maximize client outcomes and retention.

Manage and grow enterprise accounts by partnering with senior executives, using consultative sales to identify opportunities, meet quota, produce forecasts, and increase contract value. Collaborate with analysts to deliver prescriptive solutions, maintain executive relationships, and leverage data-driven insights to drive retention and expansion.
