Lead and deliver Discrete Event Simulation (FlexSim) consulting engagements from discovery to implementation. Build, validate and present simulation models, support technical escalations, drive pre-sales demos and solution scoping, mentor junior staff, develop repeatable methodologies, and collaborate with product, development and customer success teams to improve operations and adoption across EMEA.

Drive technical strategy and orchestration across territory accounts, align Autodesk solutions to customer outcomes, lead discovery and value framing, coordinate technical specialists, support deal strategy and executive engagement, enable and mentor technical teams, and drive regional adoption of standardized technical sales processes.

Lead forecasting, reporting, and amortization for capitalized software investments. Partner cross-functionally to assess capitalization eligibility, own month/quarter close activities, maintain controls and audit readiness, build scalable models and dashboards, and drive process and automation improvements to improve transparency and forecast accuracy.

Design, implement, test, and maintain cloud-first web applications. Build secure, maintainable code using event-driven architecture and cloud services (AWS/Azure). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and support CI/CD and PWA development.

Lead end-to-end delivery of consulting projects implementing Autodesk solutions for midmarket and named accounts. Plan, schedule, monitor budgets and risks, manage consultants and contractors, forecast revenue, coordinate scoping and account teams, and ensure projects meet quality, schedule and customer expectations while supporting customer success initiatives.

Manage end-to-end delivery of consulting projects for large customers, ensuring on-time, on-budget results. Coordinate scoping, schedules, risks, contractors, and invoicing; align customer success plans; forecast revenue; use AI tools responsibly to improve planning, reporting, and delivery; contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices.

Provide sales process and tools support, deliver field training, drive CRM and tool adoption, manage project schedules, improve business systems and processes, and support sales and partner success to maximize customer ROI.
