Design user journeys, gating and upsell strategies, oversee experimentation (A/B testing), define Martech integration (e.g., Piano, Digioh), establish KPIs and reporting, and manage a direct report while collaborating with product, data, editorial, and engineering teams.

Design and implement scalable, highly available backend services and APIs for Picksy. Own production services end-to-end, lead architecture and reliability improvements, mentor engineers, drive technical debt reduction, and provide clear documentation while collaborating with product, data, web, and mobile teams.

Manage and optimize search, social, and native advertising campaigns, traffic and distribute ad products, analyze pacing and performance, control media budgets and accruals, respond to stakeholders, and assist with reporting and forecasting to meet client obligations.

Drive revenue growth across assigned healthcare accounts (pharma, CPG, OTC) by building agency and client relationships, developing sales strategies, coordinating internal teams, forecasting performance, and managing campaign planning and execution to meet quarterly and annual targets.
