Own enterprise demand generation and pipeline growth from target-account definition through sales-accepted opportunities. Build account-based campaigns, lead scoring, routing, integrated paid, web, email, and event programs, and collaborate closely with sales. Use AI to improve contract review and obligation tracking while coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and counsel.

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will manage the reliability of Zello's data tier, contribute to monitoring and incident response while improving cloud infrastructure and database performance.

Own CRM data integrity in HubSpot, build and maintain revenue and pipeline dashboards, support forecasting through pipeline inspection, analyze data with SQL and BI tools, measure GTM motion impact, partner with Sales/Marketing/CS/Finance, and use AI/automation to improve reporting and data quality.

Own vertical positioning and deal-close enablement for enterprise segments. Build messaging, ROI/business cases, sales enablement assets, case studies, and competitive intel. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships to drive adoption of PMM assets and improve late-stage conversion and win rates.

Run and analyze product experiments, define product metrics and telemetry for web and mobile, build funnel/retention/cohort analyses using SQL and Python on Snowflake, maintain Omni dashboards, create AI-agent workflows to automate routine analysis, and translate findings into clear product recommendations alongside PMs, designers, and engineers.

Provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and collaborate with teams for enterprise solutions at Zello.

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive new business, build relationships, negotiate deals, and meet sales targets in enterprise accounts across various industries.

Part-time analytics internship: rebuild and speed up Omni dashboards, create self-serve Omni topics, write SQL against Snowflake, read dbt models, complete small end-to-end analyses, document work, and use AI tools (e.g., Claude) to accelerate routine tasks.
