Administer and support enterprise Red Hat OpenShift environments, including cluster health, master and worker node management, security, access control, monitoring, backups, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance analysis. Resolve L2 and priority incidents, provide root-cause analysis, create SOPs and reports, support production workloads, and collaborate with customers, operations teams, and Red Hat stakeholders. The role is client-facing, shift-based, and located at the customer site.

Manage multiple customer-facing IT and software consulting projects from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include controlling scope, budgets, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, staffing, forecasts, customer expectations, project meetings, and delivery documentation. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, supports financial and invoicing activities, and applies Waterfall, agile, and PMI methodologies while developing familiarity with Red Hat technologies. Travel to customer sites in India is required.

Provides technology consulting and hands-on engineering for enterprise middleware, OpenShift, Kafka, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions. Designs and develops JEE applications, data pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and distributed systems; troubleshoots production issues and participates in 24/7 on-call support. Advises customers during workshops, proofs of concept, deployments, and transformation engagements while coaching team members and supporting presales and post-sales activities.

Lead enterprise OpenShift and cloud-native solution delivery, including discovery sessions, architecture design, implementation planning, customer expectation management, and pre-sales support. Mentor technical teams, communicate architecture and project status to stakeholders, support hiring assessments and promotion panels, and contribute to Red Hat’s consulting practice. The role requires strong expertise in Kubernetes, container security, automation, storage, and related Red Hat technologies.

Provides technical pre- and post-sales support for Red Hat Managed OpenShift cloud services. Partners with account teams and customers to identify adoption blockers, design enterprise-ready architectures, conduct technical deep dives and proofs of concept, and guide organizations toward production. Advises technical and executive stakeholders, supports success planning, provides product feedback, and develops customer relationships to drive cloud-services adoption, revenue, and renewals.

Drive enterprise OpenShift sales across the Carolinas-to-Florida region by building technical credibility, uncovering customer needs, leading technical sales cycles, and positioning Red Hat for cloud-native modernization, hybrid cloud, virtualization migration, AI application development, and edge computing. Translate architectures into business value, collaborate with account teams, develop strategic partnerships, and own pipeline, quota attainment, and customer outcomes.

Software Engineering interns work with mentors and international teams to design, develop, maintain, debug, and enhance Red Hat products such as RHEL and OpenShift. Interns collaborate with Quality Engineering, Design, Product Management, and Documentation teams while learning technologies including Python, Golang, Ansible, OpenShift, and AI. The program provides professional development, networking, curriculum, and hands-on project experience.

Supports finance teams by collecting stakeholder requirements, analyzing financial and competitive performance data, developing financial metrics and insights, and creating reports and presentations for decision-makers. The intern collaborates with analysts, data scientists, finance operations teams, and international stakeholders while developing financial, technical, and analytical skills under senior mentorship.

Supports technical product marketing by creating demos, tutorials, blogs, labs, workflows, dashboards, and presentations for Red Hat products. Collaborates with product managers, engineers, and technical teams to explain complex capabilities clearly, analyze product or content data, explore customer use cases, and use AI tools to improve content creation and delivery.

Deliver onsite consulting and implementation of Red Hat cloud technologies, with a focus on OpenShift. Analyze customer infrastructure and business needs, recommend solutions, define architectures and specifications, and manage testing and deployment. Serve as a technical subject matter expert across multiple projects, document outcomes, communicate project progress and risks, and adapt to changing customer requirements. Travel up to 100% and pursue or maintain RHCE certification.
