Maintains a complex account book, meets volume and profitability targets, collaborates with outside sales, tracks market and competitive trends, and may mentor other inside sales representatives. The role is on-site at the Phillips 66 plant in Roxana, Illinois, with travel of up to 25%.

Coordinate and support Outside Sales Representatives by scheduling calls, deploying field technical specialists, updating CRM, providing pricing and data reports, liaising with internal teams and suppliers, and delivering administrative support to ensure timely execution of sales activities.

Drive territory revenue through face-to-face prospecting, qualifying accounts, and managing customer relationships. Develop account plans, deliver presentations and demonstrations, prepare quotes and proposals, collaborate with suppliers, mentor sales team, and meet sales and margin targets with frequent travel.
